What are the directions to the Brickell Bank?
Our offices are located on Brickell Avenue, in the heart of Miami’s Financial District. Our address is 1395 Brickell Ave, Miami FL 33131.
Northbound visitors can take US-1 N, which feeds directly into Brickell Avenue. Brickell Bank will be between 13th and 14th Street in Brickell Ave.
Southbound visitors can take the I-95 expressway to Miami Avenue exit 2C, toward Downtown. From there, take the US-1 N ramp toward Biscayne Blvd, turning right onto SE 2nd Avenue/US-1 S. Finally, turn left at 14th street to arrive at Brickell Bank.

How do I stop a payment?
To stop a payment, you may contact your Relationship Manager or take advantage of our Online Banking service and stop check payments online. After you log in, select the “Other Services” tab and use the menu on the left.
How do I reorder checks?
To reorder checks, you may contact your Relationship Manager or take advantage of our Online Banking service and order checks with a click of your mouse. After you log in, select the “Other Services” tab and use the menu on the left.
What if I lost my credit card?
Please report to us as soon as you discover your card is missing.
During business hours, please call your Relationship Manager at (305) 347-8300.
Outside business hours, use these numbers:For a Visa debit card, call Fidelity/Bank Card Security Services at
(800) 500-1044. If you are outside the US, call (770) 840-3900.
For American Express cards, you can call their Platinum Customer Service line at (800) 801-6564 or their Main
Customer Service line at (800) 843-4840. See your Cardholder Agreement for details. We will cancel your card
and issue a replacement.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forget your Online Banking password, you can reset it from the system. Follow directions provided on screen. You will be required to enter your User ID and an authentication code will be emailed to your registered email address. For help with Online Brokerage, please send an email to email@example.com.
What if I forgot my Login ID?
If you forget your Online Banking User ID, you can retrieve it from the system. Follow directions provided on screen. You will be required to validate an Account Number. For help with Online Brokerage, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I sign up for Online Brokerage?
Your Relationship Manager can provide you with a paper application for Online Access Request to Brickell Bank. Please discuss the various services available, including online trading capabilities. A demo of the service is available at your request.
How do I sign up for Online Banking?
To sign up for Online Banking, enter the system from the Online Services menu in our homepage. Select the Sign-Up button to complete an online enrollment process. To sign up for Online Brokerage, call your Relationship Manager to fill out a paper application.
How do I open an account?
